What does Regenesis Health offer to you:

Product is usually shipped within 24 hours on business days.

 

Standard delivery is $7.00 (within the US) regardless of quantity. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Larger quantities may be shipped UPS. Shipping specified by the customer is billed at that shipping cost. International shipping is arranged per order and billed at the shipping cost.

 

Payment Policy: We accept most major credit cards for payment. Your credit card statement will show Regenesis Health and our toll free telephone number, 800-809-7241. If you have any questions about your charges, please call us at the toll free number.

 

Return Policy:

 

We will replace merchandise for the following conditions:

• Incorrect merchandise was sent/received

• Merchandise was damaged during shipment

• Defective or recalled merchandise was sent/received

We will refund the full purchase price under the following conditions:

• Customer misunderstood the description of the merchandise. Merchandise must be unopened with all safety seals intact. Customer must call for a "Return Authorization" within 3 days of merchandise receipt.

• Customer did not accept the merchandise upon attempted delivery

• Merchandise order was cancelled prior to receipt of product delivery and delivery was refused

Customer may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment without any penalty.

You must call Regenesis Health for acceptance, prior to returning any product. Please understand that many of the products we sell are intended for oral ingestion or transdermal introduction. We cannot accept merchandise which has been altered by the customer in any manner.

For Health Care Providers:

Wholesale pricing is available at Regenesis Direct for Health Care Providers and the Health Care Trades ONLY!

Health care providers receive brochures on the product they have ordered (normally 2 times the order quantity, more on request). These brochures are at no charge and are intended to educate the patient on the product. These brochures are custom printed with the name and contact information of the health care provider. In this way the patient refers back to the health care provider rather than contacting us directly.

No-Stock, Direct Ship Program - We now offer you the convenience of providing our products to your patients without stocking product. We will ship directly to your patient and include brochures with your contact information printed on them. Excellent products for your patients, exceptional convenience for you. Automatic Shipment Program - We offer automatic shipments for your patients, in conjunction with the No-Stock program above. Your patients receive their order shipped directly from us, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You bill your patient, we bill you. Of course your contact information is included in every shipment. For your convenience, the product ordered may be changed at any time. Call us for more information.
